  • Where are your pieces made?  - All our pieces are designed in Seattle and manufactured in India.

  • Flash plating? We don’t know her. Ate a Pearl pieces are plated in 18K gold over brass.

  • How are your pieces made? - Every Ate A Pearl piece is handmade using techniques perfected by master artisans.

    Because it’s all crafted by human hands, every piece is a little different.

  • How can I care for my pieces?  - Wear your jewelry last, take it off first.

    Keep it dry, store it airtight box (we'll provide you with it and a silica pack).

    Gently wipe with a soft cloth when needed. Kindly avoid any harsh chemicals.

shipping policy?

  • Domestic Shipping (USA) - All domestic ground shipping is calculated at checkout. If you’d like expedited shipping, we offer Priority, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping which is calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on all U.S orders over $250!

    Domestic Shipping (India) - We offer free shipping across India for orders over $100.

  • How long does delivery take?  - Orders ship within 1-3 days, unless otherwise noted of a back-order. If we have the piece in stock, it will ship sooner than 2 weeks. If you would like to find out if a piece is in stock, please email us at hi@ateapearl.com.

    An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be sent. In the event that your order includes a pre-order item in addition to other items, the order will be shipped at the later date unless requested to be shipped separately for an additional shipping fee.

  • Do you ship worldwide? What about customs? - We do ship internationally!

    International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, our courier partner will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery.

    Our international shipping fee is an additional $25 USD flat.

Return/Exchange

  • What is your refund/exchange policy? - As a small, independent business we currently do not offer free returns however we are able to offer exchanges and returns for store credit. If you opt for either of these two options we will cover the shipping cost of the return if the order value is above $250 USD.

    Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note, items marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

    Please note that the product must be in exactly the same conditions (new) as you received it. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return the product to its original packaging, just as it was delivered.

    At this time, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders outside USA and India.

    If you need more information on how to proceed, please contact us at hi@ateapearl.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and eventual custom charges.

  • We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

    Do ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when you place an order so as to avoid this.

    ​In case your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other reason, we will be happy to ship it back to you, but at an additional reshipment fee charged by our courier partner.

  • 🌸 To initiate a returns please complete the following step:

    1. Email us at hi@ateapearl.com.

    2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.

    3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

    Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

    If a product is faulty, you will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly to hi@ateapearl.com.

    Once a return has been received and accepted, Ate A Pearl will arrange for a refund back as a store credit. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed.

  • Custom orders, and sale items are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • You can choose to pay by credit or debit card or PayPal. Credit or debit card payments are made through the payment service provider Shopify.
